POLICIES

DEPOSIT (Required to Book)

  • A minimum $150 deposit is required per vehicle to secure your reservation.

  • Deposits apply toward the remaining balance, which is due before the service begins.

  • If adding on a package, the cost of your package must be paid along with your deposit to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 72+ hours before reservation: Deposit is refundable.

  • Within 72 hours of reservation: Deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • This protects the driver’s scheduled time and prevents loss of other potential bookings.

RESCHEDULING

  • 72+ hours before reservation: You may reschedule and transfer your existing deposit to the new date.

  • Within 72 hours: A new deposit is required, as last-minute changes prevent us from booking other clients.

LATENESS

  • Reservation time starts at the scheduled time, whether you’re present or not.

  • The driver will be paid for the full booked duration, even if you are late.

  • Any additional time needed beyond the scheduled end will be billed at the hourly rate and must be paid immediately.

  • Additional time is based on driver availability.

REFUNDS

  • Once the trip is completed, no refunds are issued for any reason.

  • Add-on packages (flowers, balloons, drinks, décor, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased.

SMOKING FEE

  • Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.

  • If a vehicle is smoked in, a $150 smoking fee must be paid to the driver immediately.

CONDUCT & SAFETY

  • The chauffeur reserves the right to end the ride if behavior threatens safety.

  • No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
